We are extremely proud of all of our drivers at Marshalls and are lucky enough to have customers who fully agree with us. We always welcome all feedback from your travel experiences whether it is on a service run, day trip or one of our superb holidays. Your comments help to improve our service as all customer feedback is investigated and evaluated. All of our drivers are currently taking their NVQ’s and customer evidence is vital to their studies. All comments are given to the respective driver and a copy is kept in our reception area for customer viewing.
